gimp-ufraw software package provides gimp importer for raw camera images, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gimp-ufraw
gimp-ufraw is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gimp-ufraw package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gimp-ufraw *
You will get with gimp-ufraw package name, version, architecture and description in a table
